Our paint correction truly separates us from the rest. With more than a decade of ongoing training, our process will always outperform the competition and produce high-quality paint correction work that you simply won’t be able to find elsewhere. Many detailing shops will simply fill in the scratches by using sub-par polishes and waxes to hide scratches, we will permanently remove them.

We spend a great amount of time fixing work that was done incorrectly by unskilled buffer operators from other detailers, body shops, manufacturers, and dealership prep departments. This process reveals the exterior paint’s true potential and is the pinnacle of safe, modern, and proper polishing techniques. From modern two-component clear coat to retro single-stage paint, Vivë was built around our exceptional paint correction services over the years and is ideal for discerning clients looking for unparalleled quality and finish.

WHAT ARE SWIRL MARKS?

Swirl marks are scratches caused by small particles making abrasive contact with the finish of a car. The term “swirl” comes from the fact that these scratches typically occur when one is washing or detailing a vehicle. The usage of low quality and dirty cloths, impure water, or both (typically the case of automated car wash machines) can cause unwanted particles to leave behind deep scratches.

Ironically, another source of swirl marks comes from lesser detailing shops. In order to save time and cost, these shops often re-use towels and water thereby increasing the amount of abrasive particles coming in contact with a vehicle’’s finish.

There are absolutely no short-cuts to completely reversing these imperfections; a typical paint correction treatment may take anywhere between 10 to 30 hours depending on the severity.
